Refund policy

In the unlikely event you need to return an item.

Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods in perfect condition with tags still attached, including the reason for the return and proof of purchase.

Please contact us prior to the return so we are aware of its arrival.

On receipt of the item we will contact by email with regards to the refund. As returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us, we recommend that you send them by traceable post. Please note: we do not refund the cost of returning the parcel to us.

Refunds are via stripe or original method of payment, this may take a few days depending on your bank.

 We are not a physical shop. Please phone us first if you would like to call to exchange an item or collect an order.
