As everything is handmade we hope to despatch orders within 48hrs depending on stock and order volumes.

Delivery will be to the address specified by you on the completed order form. You have the option to add requests and while we make every effort to deliver your goods with these in mind, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.

With International deliveries import fees, taxes, customs duties or other charges may occur and are solely  responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event you need to return an item.

Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods in perfect condition with tags still attached.

Including the reason for return and receipt of purchase.

On receipt of the item we will contact by email with regards to the refund.

We will refund you via stripe or original method of payment, this may take a few days depending on your bank.
